Story Sketchers is an illustration handle that was started by two small town sisters. The sisters started the story with a pad and  colours, then fortunately started selling off their products locally, designed with their illustrations and content. Regular updates can be seen on theirr Instagram  & Facebook handles.

After the wonderful response from buyers, the sisters decided to bring their products to online store and started delivering their creations to the door steps.

Story Sketchers, makes available information and materials on its website www.storysketchers.com subject to the following terms and conditions (Terms of Use). Your use of www.storysketchers.com constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these Terms of Use; if you do not agree to the Terms of Use you may not use the site. Story Sketchers reserves the right to change these Terms of Use periodically without prior notice.

In these Terms and Conditions, the user of the Website is referred to as “you” or “your” and the provider of website is referred to as “Story Sketchers”, “www.storysketchers.com “, “we”, “us” or “our”.

We at Story Sketchers offer free shipping in India for all orders above Rs. 500. For orders below Rs. 500, the shipping charges of Rs. 50 are applicable. All orders usually gets shipped within 5-7 working days. So you can expect a delivery between 7-10 days.

The delivery of the product may be delayed during the emergency conditions. The intimation for the delay in shipping or delivery will be intimated from time to time.

You will get a tracking link/code in your inbox as soon as your order is shipped. Please allow 24 hrs for the status of the shipment to correctly display at the tracking link.

In the event that the delivery address is not easily accessible, delivery time may be in excess of our estimate as aforesaid. For confirmation of delivery address, we may contact you on your email id or phone number provided by you.

We only make use of reliable courier companies and/or Speed Post. Story Sketchers is not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/ Speed Post or on account of any factors beyond the control of Story Sketchers. We shall endeavor to ensure timely delivery of your order within the estimated time as mentioned in the order confirmation.

In the unlikely event that delivery is not possible for any reasons outside the control of Story Sketchers, including but not limited to poor courier services in delivery area, inaccessibility of delivery area, force major events as laid out hereinafter, We shall inform you of such inability to deliver and cancel your order, followed by full refund.

If you have received a damaged product :

• Please do not worry. Drop us a mail at help@storysketchers.com with images of the damaged product within 15 days of receiving the order. We will check and have the product replaced or refund your money whichever is preferred.
• Complete amount will be refunded and it can reflect in your account in 7-10 business days from the refund processed date.

What do I do if I don’t like the product I received  ?

• We do hope you don’t have to check this section too often, but we really love you a lot!  please note that the products purchased can be returned (unopened / unused without damage and with all the tags intact) within 15 days of receiving the order and please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. And we could provide you with coupon code, so you could shop with us again & again & again, we just do not want to let you go.
• For certain products, like masks etc. the return policy is not applicable. the same is mentioned the the product’s description.
• You can choose refund also. The refund will be processed in 5 working days and it can reflect in your account in 7-10 business days from the refund processed date.
• Please make sure that the return product is packed well to avoid any damages in transit. The product should be returned in its original state for the refund / code to be processed.
• Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable. The return shipping charges will have to be borne by the customer.
• No return / refund / exchange is possible for customized products unless it is damaged.

Cancellation

• Please mail us at help@storysketchers.com for cancellation request if your order has not been shipped yet.
• Orders can be cancelled only if it has not been shipped from our warehouse.
• No cancellation applicable for customised products once the order is placed.
• Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our store for delivery.
• If a cancellation request comes up before the product leaves our order-processing centre, we will try to hold the shipment but there is no guarantee that the cancellation request will be honoured.

• If the payment was made by credit/ debit card or net-banking, the money will be refunded to your credit/ debit card or net-banking account, respectively. Typically, refunds are processed between 7- 12 working days.
• Please note that we depend on the credit card issuing bank to ensure that the money is refunded to your account. We only control the release of funds from our side. There is little we can do in case there is a delay from the bank’s end.

All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).

Story Sketchers  is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavor to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are between 3-14 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available, or we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason whatsoever, we will notify you within 5 business days for instructions to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund, as the case maybe.

If the product is damaged or affected in any way on account of improper, reckless use, disregard of care instructions provided, we assume no liability for the damage or any shortcomings in the make or quality of the product.

Measurements/dimensions of the products are approximate only to allow you to understand the approximate size of the product. Therefore, the actual product dimension delivered to you may sometimes slightly vary.

All disputes are subject to courts of Jammu Jurisdiction only. Jammu is located in the UT of Jammu & Kashmir , India.

Given the unpredictability of technology and the online environment, Story Sketchers does not warrant that the function or operation of this website will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes it available will be free of viruses or other harmful elements. As a visitor and user of this website, you must assume full responsibility for any costs associated with the servicing of equipment used in connection with the use of our website. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Story Sketchers shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the same amount.

At Story Sketchers, we go out of our way to give you the kind of distinctive merchandise for which our brand “Story Sketchers” is recognized. Please understand that many of our featured items are offered in limited quantities and, because of their limited availability, stock will not and cannot be refreshed. That means once an item is gone, it may be gone for good and not appear on the website again. When an item featured on www.storysketchers.com is no longer in stock, we make every attempt to remove that item from the website in a timely manner. Most www.storysketchers.com products displayed on the website are available while supplies last.
